Technical Support Engineer

Mission:

Within a project team as a Technical Support Engineer, you will support an operator of a SAP BI client. Your duties will include:

  • Managing technical incidents.
  • Monitoring and managing the incidents.
  • Ensuring quality of services provided on the perimeter of the support incidents.
  • Diagnosing and / or resolving technical customer problems level 2 and 3.
  • Ensuring preventive maintenance and customer relationship.
  • Providing knowledge sharing.

Profile:

  • Computer Engineer.
  • Fluency in business English is required.
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem solving skills.
  • Focus on quality delivery.
