For our purposes, we are recruiting: Talent Acquisition Officer
Mission :
- Perform full cycle recruiting activities including sourcing, interviewing, negotiating and extending offers.
- Development of a network and creation of a candidates portfolio.
- Active participation to the recruitment meetings.
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
- Manage scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Profile :
- University Degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Management, Business English or Business Administration.
- Good command of the English langage.
- Computer literacy with very good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
